Sleep Inn

First things first, DO NOT be put off by the fact you make your way up lifts and then onto corridor floors leading to their many guest rooms located on different floors, as once you arrive and enter the hallway of your guest rooms, you'll be amazed at what you see and feel compared to other guest rooms offered by other cheap, cunning and manky rooms compared to (Sleep Inn). This block has easy access to amenities, plenty of food places, easy access to laundry facilities, management and staff are amazing and always available at the touch of a bell ring or phone call directly from the room, rooms are serviced daily, hallways are cleansed/sanitised thoroughly on a daily basis and AIR CON works like a gem along with hot and cold water shower in wet room without fail. faultless for our second stay here within a whole week split between check-in and check-out due to visiting another country. Hats off to Sleep Inn, keep up this brilliant service, and I'm sure my honest review will encourage newcomers afar and previous guests to use and continue using Sleep Inn. Oh, and the fact that this establishment is only rated as a 1 star stay, despite such good reviews and excellent service and 99% free from those typical insects you see floating around!

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed and gave me advice when I didn't understand or didn't know something. The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel room was very clean. Room cleaning was regular and thorough. The hotel is conveniently located near MTR station. There are several bus stations in the vicinity of the hotel. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I also recommend the hotel to foreign travelers, you can communicate in English without any problems.

To save money I wanted to find guesthouse style accommodation that is offered in HK. This style of room is smaller, and has fewer amenities than American hotels do. It also requires more effort to find, as it is situated in a large building that has tenants of many sorts (guest houses,apartment dwellers, tailors, and a madrasa, among others). That said, I was very happy with my choice. The room was very clean, and the building is very well located for guests who want to catch the subway or walk to Star Ferry and the pretty shore of the TST view of Hong Kong island. Though my room had windows onto Nathan Road, in massive buildings like this one, a few rooms at Sleep Inn don't have windows. I would recommend paying a bit more to avoid rooms that don't have any windows, as I think these would feel claustrophobic to any guests who are more accustomed to western-style accommodation.

Sam the housekeeper was exceptional...he was very nice, accommodating and helpful. Mr. Singh was very understanding and superb with his customer service. My husband and I are so amazed with the way he handled our arrival date one year early.. We were very concern with my mistake but seeing his face made us comfortable and felt everything will be fine.. After vising hongkong time and time again ..it was the first time someone l felt secure away from my home.

Small hotel on the 14th floor, there are 2 elevators to get there, not too long waiting time. The room is super small but somehow it fits the bill - everything is there, even hangers, tv, hair dryer and mini fridge. Location is great, next to metro, and also short walk to ferries (they are about 2 x cheaper to go to downtown than the metro). Thin walls, but was lucky with the neighbors who didn't abuse that. Would stay again.
